Refund Policy

A copy of software product is provided for customer’s consideration before final payment. Please test that copy of software thoroughly and make sure you are 100% satisfied with it.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product before final payment, you can ask for changes and fixes and we’ll provide them if we deem those changes reasonable.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product after final payment and delivery, there will be no refund. We might still provide minor fixes if that’s been agreed upon at the start of the project. In that case a support period is decided during which we’ll provide minor fixes even after final payment and delivery is done.

No refund will be issued after the project is ended, final payment is made and complete source code and product is delivered to the customer.
